Terms of Use

Effective 12 October 2026

Atlas is a travel-planning app operated by Stellitron Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”). Registered office: 83/1, 2nd Main Road, Seshadripuram, Bengaluru 560020, Karnataka, India (CIN U62099KA2025PTC211368). By creating an account or using Atlas you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Atlas. You must be 18 or older.

1. The service

Atlas helps you plan trips: itineraries, maps and routes, an AI copilot, a ticket wallet, translation and trip film previews. It is a planning aid. Features may change, and some depend on third-party services that can be unavailable.

2. Apple terms

If you download Atlas from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies to your use of the app, in addition to these Terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Atlas. If there is a conflict about the app licence, the Standard EULA governs that point.

3. Plans and subscriptions

Atlas is free to use with a monthly allowance of AI credits. Atlas Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that raises that allowance. Its features, price and billing period (monthly or yearly) are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, which permanently erases your data.

5. AI output and travel information

AI output may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Itineraries, opening hours, prices, transport times and connections, visa and entry requirements, safety, weather and translations are suggestions only. Always verify bookings, schedules, tickets and visa or entry rules with the airline, rail operator, hotel, venue, embassy or other official provider before you rely on them. Maps, routes and walking times are estimates. You travel at your own risk and are responsible for your decisions, documents and safety.

6. No booking agency

Atlas is not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform. We do not sell, issue or guarantee tickets, reservations or travel services, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a transport, accommodation or experience provider. Bookings you add are records you enter or import; we do not verify them.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the trips, notes, documents, photos and other content you add. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate and provide Atlas to you, including sending it to the processors described in the Privacy Policy and showing it to trip companions you invite. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies that expire on their normal cycle. We do not use your content to train AI models. You confirm you have the right to upload what you add and that it does not breach anyone’s rights or the law.

8. Trip companions and location sharing

If you invite others, they can see and may edit the trip as configured. Location sharing is optional, off by default and under your control; only share with people you trust and tell them when you do.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Atlas: no unlawful, abusive or infringing content; no attempts to break, probe or overload the service; no scraping, reverse engineering or automated bulk use; no circumventing limits on AI or maps usage; no uploading malware. Social publishing is disabled in this version.

10. Third-party services

Atlas relies on third parties such as maps, AI, transit and weather providers. Their data and terms may apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

11. Intellectual property

Atlas, its design, code and branding belong to Stellitron Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial travel planning.

12. Disclaimers

Atlas is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that itineraries, bookings or AI output are correct, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellitron Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, missed trips, missed connections, non-refundable bookings, denied entry or loss of data, arising from your use of Atlas or reliance on its output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Atlas at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. For a material change we will give notice in the app or by email, at least 30 days beforehand where practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
